Sometime in the business life circle we found a condition that we have to choose. We as a player in some organization taking an effort of all the risk we might have, me as the example I made a decission that make other division take the risk. In this situation I have to make an option, the first option I told to the manager the truth situation and I’ll get promote no matter what people gonna think. The second option I’m not telling the truth and I’ll get dumped for what I’ve done.
Maybe I’m gonna need some advice from the expert, but guess what? I’ll take the first option. And this option made a lot of contradiction from other division, and I’ve been sorry for that. If the management people said that it was the great decision well I’m saying it was a bad decision, why? ‘coz management do not know what I’m feelin’ from takin’ this decision, they said I’m gonna make a change in this company for what I’ve done that will bring the company into success. But in other way, I’ve been discharge by other division coz they said I’m makin a safety decision just for my self. And now I’m gonna have a bad image in other division which before they really really nice to me.
The first option makes me promote to become a manager and everybody who doesn’t agree with that will get fired, isn’t that nuts?. I really really shocked hearing it from the management, and get many bad respond from other…and what do you think I’m gonna do with that? Oh my god what did I’ve done! May be thats the meaning from “becareful with what you gonna say”. Well maybe not everyone say it was a bad idea, but to me its really making me stress. Coz building a relationship wasn’t easy…how about you all?, I don’t know what’s gonna happened to me tommorow…
I’m not afraid I’m just never thought that it will make that bad, coz so far I never facing the management in this situation. Well it’s not easy too becoming a manager I guess, where they get that idea man?. We’ll see what happened next…what I’m gonna do next…and how I’m gonna through it…

I say do what you can sleep with at night. Reading through this weeks most recent blog. I think it is time that you concentrate on the outcome of your actions and maniefest in your mind the type of life you want to live. If and when you come to a deciding point, make sure that your choice is one that you would want to live with.
